Scott Krambeck

Mr. Scott Krambeck is the founder and President of TKG & Associates LLC which was established in 2020 to provide Program Management, Requirements, Engineering, and Logistical expertise to clients across multiple industries, and government, including Automation Evolution Strategy (AES), Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) projects for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Mr. Krambeck’s industry experience includes 8 years as a Program Management Executive for General Atomics - Aeronautical, leading numerous aircraft and ground control station programs. While in industry, he led programs that were recognized as a finalist for the Aviation Week Program Excellence Award in 2015 and the Aviation Week Laureates Award in 2016.
A retired U.S. Navy Captain, Mr. Krambeck concluded his military career in 2012 as DoD’s Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Major Program Manager, a $3.0+ billion U.S. and international program. In this role, he was responsible for the production and continued development of the MIDS-LVT (Low Volume Terminal) and the development and fielding of the MIDS Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS).
Prior to the MIDS Program, Mr. Krambeck served in the F-35 Program Office as the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Air Vehicle Systems Engineering Integration Team (SEIT) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader, JSF Operations Director, and as JSF Chief of Staff. He led the JSF Air Vehicle Team from JSF system requirements review through JSF integrated baseline review, and ultimately to the successful completion of JSF preliminary design review. Prior to his service in the F-35 Program, Mr. Krambeck held numerous program management, engineering, and logistical positions in the F-14 and F/A-18 Programs.
Mr. Krambeck spent half of his military career as an operational aviator. He made three operational deployments aboard the USS Enterprise (CVN 65) and USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) flying with VF-114, participating multiple combat operations. He has logged flight time in nine different military aircraft types including the F-14 Tomcat, F/A-18 Super Hornet, and the F-15 Eagle.
Mr. Krambeck holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University, along with a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and Engineer’s Degree (Post-Masters) from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College, and the Defense Acquisition University.
