Kevin Karpé is the owner and CEO of Diverse Vector Consulting Aviation LLC, DVAC). Kevin spent 31 years with the Federal Aviation Administration, Air Traffic Organization. He was a frontline Air Traffic Controller and Supervisor for many years before he moved into upper managerial positions. He has held numerous positions at Southern California TRACON (SCT), the busiest facility of its type in the nation. Additionally, he has provided leadership and support for many NextGen initiatives within the Air Traffic Organization and has experience working with community groups on a variety of airport issues.
