Expert Witness

DVAC provides Expert Witness/Subject Matter Expert services to law firms that are engaged in litigation related to Air Traffic Control, and is provided to the defense or plaintiff. These services include:

• Basic review and opinion on validity of lawsuit

• Investigation, research, and opinion development of litigation claim

• Written report of opinion

• Collaboration with other Experts

• Developing and delivering deposition or testimony as required

• Assisting others in preparation for deposition or testimony
